Deliveries

We hand deliver all orders strictly to Pup Parents residing within The Royal Borough of Kensington & Cheslea and some surrounding areas.

Delivery area

The postcodes located within our catchment area are SW3, SW5, SW7, SW10, W8, W11, W14, SW6, parts of SW1, W2 and W6.

We do not deliver within the congestion zone.

Should we receive an order for delivery outside of our strict catchment area, we shall process a refund less the card processing fee.

Delivery fees

Free deliveries on orders over £20.00.

Orders under £20.00 - we charge a £3.50 delivery fee.

Delivery schedule

We guarantee next day eco deliveries for the pup parents residing within our catchment area Monday - Friday. Orders received over weekends will be delivered the following Monday.

Festive period deliveries

We may not operate our usual delivery service over bank holidays or the festive period. Please email for more information.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns or process refunds on items that have been opened in the case of food products, or used/worn/soiled in the case of apparel, toys and other products.

We offer exchanges on items that are the incorrect size for your pup. We require exchanges to be processed within 14 days of receipt of order. Items for exchange must not be worn/used/damaged/soiled.

We will refund you in full should you receive an item that is damaged. Damage must be reported upon receipt of item.
